为什么需要一双跑鞋?

缓震跑鞋怎么工作?
缓震跑鞋工作的原理说白了很简单。既然跑步最大的损伤是膝盖吸收的冲击,那么就要用一个东西代替膝盖的软骨结构吸收冲击。完成这个任务的,就是跑鞋的缓震技术。 而所谓的减震功能,本质上都一样的,就是弹性物质,把膝盖软骨原来该承担的形变分一些给这些材料来承担,减少对膝盖软骨的冲击。
