3月15日，小牧人商城在正邦集团总部隆重举办了小牧人电商平台战略供应商战略招商大会暨电商运营实践分享、新系统上线发布会。会议以“智者同行，财富共创；诚信315，相约小牧人”为主题，近百名供应商代表在现场便签订了入驻协议。中国养殖网、新牧网、赛尔资讯、中国养猪网、兽医导刊、中国动物保健等多家媒体对此次会议进行了报道。

会议开始，正邦集团互联网总裁黄振平先生对各位供应商的到来表示了热烈欢迎，他谈到，为了响应李克强总理在两会上提出的互联网+国家战略，正邦集团投资2亿元成立江西正农通网络科技有限公司。作为正邦互联网业务板块中的一个重要成员，未来三年小牧人电商平台将在全国建立1000个县级服务站，10000个乡镇服务点。黄振平指出小牧人电商不仅仅是一个商品交易平台，更多的是农牧一站式综合服务平台。平台追求的是为农户提供价值最大化，为农户提供包括金融、产品、技术等一系列全方位的服务支持与保障。在整体互联网平台建设初期，小牧人将坚持自营与开放并举的模式，依托正邦强大的产业链资源创新营销及价值服务模式，引进市场上价优物美的农资产品，为农户带来实实在在的优惠。

黄有建谈到，小牧人电商平台运营采用O2O模式，相较于其它农牧电商，小牧人的一大特色就是遍布全国的服务站。他指出，其实最后一公里并非难题，只是我们想砍掉所有中间环节，把本来不是问题的变成了问题。此外他还简要介绍了正邦投资5.8个亿建设正邦服务站，他指出正邦正在进行由制造企业向综合服务企业的升级转型，线上和线下要一起转。
