研究者将48只新生大鼠随机分组

结果显示,和对照组相比,在22日和56日龄的大鼠中,BimunoGOS组大鼠的关键神经蛋白水平明显提升,尤其是NMDAR受体谷氨酰胺2A亚组,脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和突触小泡蛋白(SYN),但对结构性突触蛋白微管相关蛋白2(MAP2)和成长相关蛋白43(GAP43)没有观察到区别。这些数据表明必米诺BimunoGOS作用于谷氨酸神经传导而不是改变突触结构。研究者还将深入分析以进一步了解相关观察结果之间的联系。
